This is a passionate book about changing your focus. Life is a game and we have the opportunity to make up the rules. It gives suggestions on changing your focus to one of possibility instead of one of scarcity.How Full is Your Bucket? Positive Strategies for Work and Life by Tom Rath and Donald Clifton. This book explores how using positive psychology in everyday interactions can dramatically change our lives. The authors suggest that we all have a bucket within us that needs to be filled with positive experiences, such as recognition or praise.
